Cancellation Policy After registration and confirmation of the Dolphin and ET Civilizations Conference, we are obliged to pay the conference fees. If written cancellation is received from you before May 1st, 2005, a refund of all conference fees will be made, minus an administration fee of $25. No refund or waive of the fee will be possible after May 1st, 2005, but an alternate attendee may be substituted in your place upon notifying us.
